Hiatus ends.

"Brandon!" Mellina was about to get up and help him but sees a tail of a blood snake try to grab her but she dodges it. Her eyes were now blue before waving her hands, shooting out blue flames but it absorbes it, ignoring the hissing. "What is going on? why is the-" she winced feeling something grab her or bite her, seeing another blood snake that did a sneak attack. the shadow ones attacked it before Mellina was fighting with the other bigger one.

the elders slowly materialized and waled over to her biting her and poisoning her with her ancestors pure poison. they were her slaves.

Her eyes widen in shock before screaming out in pain eyes wide while her fangs shows. The poison was flooding through her quickly before she felt her heart pulse, her eyes slowly going dim to a darker violet color feeling sick and weak suddenly.

the poison started to eat her eins and burn the muscles and organs but her sayian will kept her awake and able to move.

She had one eye open and the other closed but tries to wake up but couldn't. "W-why d-does it b.....ow.." the elders watched her smiling to see her in pain but she fell on her kness hugging her stomach before covering her mouth, getting sick from the poison.

the snakes lash out to protect her as the poison spreads.

The elders backed off but looked to her, smiling as she cries in horrible pain as they slowly disappear int othe sonte but it broke so they were free. Mellina looked down crying before slowly laying on her side, not on the snakes, slowly shaking from the pain before passing out with her eyes closed.

brandon woe not long after and saw that the stone was broen but one piece of it still radiated with elemental energy meaning the ancestor was not free. he looked and saw mellina before biting her blood that was spilled. a snake whispered to him "no... it will kill you..." he piced her up and moed her to her dorm.

She was sweating and had a violent high fever. she already looked like a mess from being sick but didn't move or talked.

okay. she is still sweating... and that means its thinning in her blood. but it is acidic soo... she needs my blood to help her regenerate. sooo... he bit his wrist opening her throat and pouring his blood down.

She didn't drink it but was too much in pain to.

he may not have drank but her body aborbed his blood using it to regenerate and fight the poison. Okay now to keep her clean of the poison so she don't re-absorb it. he soaked a rag in cold water and applied it where she sweat the most taking care not to hurt her weakened skin

she was still but her eyes were closed, body weak but still feeling even worse now.

the poison was almost gone but the damage it cuase he new would take a long time to heal. he tended for her giving her blood and water when she neeeded it.

AT times she would ignore the blood and water but did accept a few times too.

he changed her blanets daily and made sure she was clean as well. her fever was worse than eer but he could tell she was healing as well.

she was breathing but sometimes it was deep breathing from the pain, whimpering in pain wanting her mother or someone.

im here... don't worry mellina. your mate is here. i won't leave you he tended to her gently cooing to soothe her.

she heard his voice crying but slowly turns her head wanting to see him but her eyes were in some pain so she coudnt open them.

he was still caring for her and at her side as he promised

Mellina still kept resting but still didn't move much.

She kept where she was for the time but didn't wake yet.

he continued to tend to her feeding her blood and water.

she ket quiet but loking shy more.
